About Us

The skin care and beauty industry is built on insecurity - pushing more products and more steps. It profits from insecurity. It has complicated routines, enticed you with chemical cocktails, and fear-based anti-aging promises.

You don’t need more steps. You need ingredients God created for your skin to be nourished. Your skin is your biggest organ and it craves something that works with it — not wages war against it.

Aging Has Been Turned Into A Problem To Fix

Ondrea has spent over 20 years in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer, holistic health coach, speaker, author, and host of the Christian Women’s Weight Loss podcast. She has helped thousands of women restore their physical, emotional, and spiritual health.

Her work has appeared on the cover of Women’s World Magazine and as a personal trainer on Lifetime Television’s Mission Makeover. She has written for PopSugar. For over 18 years, she has led and built businesses helping women lose weight and obtain optimal health.

But her journey began much earlier.

As a young mother navigating her son’s behavioral challenges, she began studying nutrition deeply — understanding how ingredients affect the brain, the gut, the hormones, the entire body. She learned that what we consume matters.

Later, as her own skin began changing in her 40’s, she asked a new question: “If I am so intentional about feeding my internal health… why wouldn’t I feed my skin the same way?”

Lois brings a different but equally powerful lens. With a background as a creative in business, branding, fashion, and design, she has spent years helping women present themselves with confidence. She has walked alongside women navigating toxic marriages, codependency, and faith battles. She understands the emotional weight women carry.

And as she approaches 60, she was experiencing extreme dryness and redness in her own skin — despite trying product after product that promised miracles. What she found instead? Irritation. Overcomplication. And ingredients that contradicted health.

Together, they realized something:

Women are being sold lies and toxins as solutions.

How This Began

We Refuse to Participate in That Worldly System

We refuse:

• Toxic ingredients disguised as innovation

• Fear-based anti-aging marketing

• Overcomplicated 7–10 step routines

• Products that say “organic” but compromise on purity

• Cheap fillers that protect margins instead of women

We will not compromise pennies for quality.

Every ingredient inside Esther’s Glory is USDA organic and selected not just for skin benefit — but for whole-body integrity and health. Technically, the oils are pure enough that you could cook with them.

Because if it isn’t safe enough to nourish the body — it has no business on your skin.
